Clearly creamy, this Grand Vintage boasts a brilliant gold color of great brilliance, where the dense effervescence produces numerous, very fine, scattered bubbles. The greedy nose develops notes of stewed yellow fruit, Pithiviers and almond cookie. The rich, full-bodied palate is chewy and long, expressing flavors of stewed citrus fruit with a hint of licorice. A champagne for meals, to be paired with cotriade and chaource.
