A lovely, complex, powerful and intense nose that conjures up aromas of ripe white and yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, apricot, nectarine), exotic fruit (candied pineapple) and a hint of date honey. On the palate, the wine is very creamy, with fine, persistent bubbles and a velvety texture. The intensity is still there, with notes of cooked white fruit (pear, quince). The dosage balances the whole and tames the acidity, which brings freshness. A fine final bitterness adds sapidity.

Children and grandchildren of winegrowers, Myriam and Nicolas Dubois discovered this brand in 2009. It was love at first sight. They bought it from the Goutorbe family, who were looking for successors. As champagne holds no secrets for them, they easily integrated the philosophy of this family-run house and its 35-hectare estate. In the same spirit, and with their roots firmly planted in the vineyards, they produce 400,000 bottles of the three Champagne grape varieties, some of which are sold on the merchant market. The original shape of the bottles makes them easy to recognize. Ecologically aware, the company has set itself the goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2025.
