Gault&Millau's review
Children and grandchildren of winegrowers, Myriam and Nicolas Dubois came across this brand in 2009. It was love at first sight. They bought it from the Goutorbe family, who were looking for successors. As champagne holds no secrets for them, having been born into it, they easily integrated the philosophy of this family house and its 35-hectare estate. In the same spirit, and with their roots firmly planted in the vineyards, they produce 400,000 bottles of the three Champagne grape varieties, with a proportion for the trade.
