Quite flattering, the bouquet reveals aromas of black berries (blackcurrant), yellow fruits (apricot, peach) and sweet orange, before more toasty notes make a breakthrough. The palate is very interesting. Fine, fresh and structured by enveloping bubbles, it builds to a finish of very delicate bitters that give it a certain salivating balance. However, the 75 cl format seems too small.
