As with every vintage from the house, the blend is equal parts chardonnay and pinot noir. The gray-gold color enlists an effervescence teeming with bubbles. The fragrance is rich with ripe grapes, notes of undergrowth and spicy stewed white fruit. The palate is homogeneous, creamy, sensitive and salivating, announcing a chewy lemon peel with a long finish.
