The sweetness of a childhood snack, with aromas of apricot jam, warm bread and a touch of honey, like a freshly waxed table. More floral notes appear with aeration (acacia, broom, musk rose). Freshness prevails in a fairly bright mouth, carried by fine, creamy bubbles. Small bitters titillate the palate, while notes of yellow citrus bring their tender acidity.
