Nice gourmet evolution for this 2012. The fresh nose reveals notes of white peach, greengage, kumquat, dried fruit and Savoy cookie. The palate is powerful and rich. Powerful aromas and sustained acidity. Good length. Goes well with rock scorpion fish with sea urchin tongues.
