If it weren't for the mousse and the string of bubbles, you'd think you were looking at a Bandol rosé. But this is Champagne. From the very first aromas, the spices structure the nose, giving it lovely warm notes that underline the greedy notes of red berries (wild strawberry) and blood orange. The palate is dense, carried by intense fruity notes. The texture is creamy, round and delicate, underlined by soft bubbles and a fine balance between acidity, tannins and dosage. A pretty little bitterness on the finish makes you want more.
