This original cuvée is made up of almost equal proportions of the 7 Champagne grape varieties authorized in the appellation. The nose is slender and very spring-like, with a background of citrus fruit and blood orange. The palate is chalky and creamy at once, but also salivating, saline, subtle, stretching out over freshness. We dream of opening a bottle at a waterside picnic or happy occasion.
