A pleasant prestige cuvée, made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Cru vintages, with a light dosage of 5 g/l. An attractive bright yellow hue heralds a richness of aroma and taste. The aromatic palette is precise, with honeyed white fruits and spicy white peaches. A slight minerality is perceptible. The palate is full-bodied, with a seductive chewiness. A little jewel of elegance to be enjoyed with blue lobster medallions and Madagascar vanilla seed mousseline.
