We love these precise, unctuous, subtle pleasure wines. The nose takes on notes of cooked pears, dried fruit, mango and nougatine, in an ultra-fine effervescence. Rich and fleshy on the palate, with spicy stewed fruit and a long, chewy finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with poularde de Racan aux morilles.
