Fruity freshness of yellow fruit (peach, nectarine) and floral sweetness contribute to a pleasant nose, very classic but effective. More ripe, pastry-like notes emerge with aeration (mirabelle plum, cake). The palate is more delicate, and the evanescent bubbles contribute to this sensation. The soft bitterness of lemon preserved in salt awakens the finish.
