Beneath a pretty rosé color worthy of a Côtes-de-Provence, a basket of fruit (melon, strawberry, sweet orange, nectarine, strawberry) greets the nose. The fruit aromas are clearly present in a bright, straightforward, slender body, underlined by lovely, persistent bubbles. A hint of herbal note catches up on the finish, but as if to add an extra touch of freshness. Peppery notes come in at the very end.
