Ripe white fruits, delicate buttery notes, the nose is fresh and comforting at the same time. The bouquet evolves towards more pastry notes, almost toasted, and aromas of dried apricot. More austere, the palate reveals itself to be almost cutting with a tracing freshness, notes of lime and grapefruit zest softened by nutty aromas. An austerity that goes perfectly with the delicacy of roasted turbot.
