This brut nature reveals a deep ruby color with hints of strawberry juice. The first nose opens with the power of kirsch, before evolving towards meaty notes and blood orange. On the palate, the wine is remarkably vinous, with a tannic structure immediately reminiscent of a still red wine were it not for the gentle effervescence. Notes of red fruit add sweetness and juiciness. A wine that needs to be served with a fine red meat to find its balance.
