The effervescence is composed of fine, scattered bubbles. Made from 100% meunier grapes, this champagne includes 40% reserve wine in its blend. Its complex aromatic palette features meadow flowers, vine peach, fresh quince and white pepper. The lively palate, with minimal dosage, offers a strict, vinous profile. Pairings: as an aperitif or with scallops and sea oysters.

Heucq Père et Fils

The champagne tradition has been handed down in the Heucq family for three generations. Today, Alexandre Heucq is at the helm of the 6-hectare estate, located in the heart of the Marne Valley vineyards at Cuisles. Pinot meuniers particularly thrive on this specific green clay terroir. The vines are worked biodynamically, and the wines are aged in barrels. In organic conversion since 2014, the first organic-labeled cuvées should be on sale in 2018.
