A 90% Pinot Noir majority for this pure solera cuvée, first produced in 1945, which is incredibly fresh, with notes of straw, lemon, white flowers and lemongrass. On aeration, toasty notes, red apples and cherries emerge with great delicacy. On the palate, the wine is dry, salient, ultra-net and sappy. An electric wine to be opened in contrast with a gourmet dish. Even lobster. Must be decanted or aerated.
