Everything you'd expect from a blanc de blancs: fruity, floral notes and intense freshness, perfectly balanced by a controlled dosage that brings out the greediness. This balance is reflected in a brilliant body. Acidity is certainly present, but tempered by notes of ripe white fruit that add juiciness. The bubbles are just there to support the pleasant finish.

Champagne's oldest wine house was founded in Aÿ in 1584. Since then, 17 successive generations have perpetuated a know-how respectful of traditional family craftsmanship. Gosset crafts its wines with a constant quest for perfection. It's the balance between freshness and vinosity that comes first in all our cuvées. Gosset is also the story of the Antique, a bottle adopted in 1760 that has become the company's emblem. This bottle, adorned with a medallion label, is unique in Champagne with its slender shape and bounced sides, recognizable at first glance. Gosset is a member of French Excellence and an Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV).
