The cuvée de la Maison in 2022: a rosé like we love them, both vinous and comforting with its soft, floral tones. Peppermint and stewed strawberries follow. On the palate, it's both tense and delicious. A great rosé, a superb cuvée to enhance with a filet of Arctic char, pomme pont neuf, raspberry vinegar jus.
