This 100% blanc de noirs brut nature, with no added dosage, is a lovely estate wine. The lively bubbles carry a lovely olfactory freshness: citrus, candied pomelo and lemon meringue pie. A chiselled finish calls out to the chewy mouthfeel with its zesty, chalky notes. This wine will delight as an aperitif or with scallop carpaccio with citrus juice.
