The numerous, lively bubbles announce immediate freshness. On the nose, a fruity (golden, yellow peach, kumquat) and slightly floral (verbena) structure ensures an almost pastry-like racyness. With a dosage of 4g/l, this cuvée extra brut has a frank, inviting attack on the palate, carried by chalky minerality and a pleasant thirst-quenching effect. In conclusion, the emotion is perceptible. Suggested as an aperitif, or with sea bass à la plancha.
