Gardet
This independent, family-run business, founded in 1895 in Épernay, is now located in Chigny-les-Roses, in the heart of the Reims mountains. Founded by Charles Gardet and developed by his son, it is now owned by the Prieux family, a winegrowing and arboricultural family. It produces around a million bottles a year from its own vineyards and supplies from partner winegrowers. The Pinot Noir grape, which defines the style of wines from this terroir, is used predominantly in the production of the cuvées. The range is divided into three collections (tradition, extra-brut and prestige), some of which still bear the name of Charles Gardet.
