This cuvée blanc de blancs comes from the 2011 harvest. It spent several years in old oak barrels, then 5 years in bottle. The result is a clear, limpid color enhanced by fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white bread, pastry, white fruit and citrus are beautifully complex and particularly airy. On the palate, this Chardonnay is full-bodied and round. The finish is light, fresh and sapid. A successful cuvée in a structured Chardonnay style.
