Established since 1945 in the Sézannais, with terroir composed of successive chalk and marl strata, the 11 hectare estate mainly grows Chardonnay present in almost all their cuvées. Vinification is carried out traditionally in stainless steel vats or in oak barrels and recently in terracotta vessels.
