Bottled in 2015, this cuvée, a blend of the 2015 harvest plus reserve wines from 2014 and 2013, reveals a lovely freshness, both on the nose and on the palate. Greedy and thirst-quenching, with a good salivating bitterness, this champagne is best served with scallops with candied citrus zest.
