Aged in Tuscan jars, this parcel-based cuvée, made exclusively from old vines from the 2016 harvest, reveals great finesse and all its thirst-quenching minerality. An airy, delicately chiselled cuvée, to be enjoyed today with Belon or Tarbouriech oysters from the Thau Basin.

Established since 1945 in the Sézannais, with terroir composed of successive chalk and marl strata, the 11 hectare estate mainly grows Chardonnay present in almost all their cuvées. Vinification is carried out traditionally in stainless steel vats or in oak barrels and recently in terracotta vessels.
