Lively bubbles and a lovely golden color characterize this champagne, with a nose of yellow fruit, sweet spices and pastry notes. A hint of evolution begins to emerge. On the palate, the wine is a little less opulent than the nose promises. Serve with smoked bluefish to release its complexity.
