Lively in the glass, the bubbles inspire freshness, as does the silvery-gold sheen of the robe. The nose offers a complex aromatic framework around toasty and vanilla notes, betraying a vinification in wood, but fruit (hazelnut, almond, medlar, pear, apple) as well as floral and balsamic notes add depth.
