This Pinot Noir-majority cuvée has a very fine nose, offering that all-too-rare spirit of pure rock water. This champagne's essential drinkability enhances its aromas and flavors. Immensely complex, with notes of mauve, ripe yellow fruit, mirabelle plums and peach stone, this wine releases superb freshness on the palate. It's lively, full-bodied and complex. It's just superb!
