You have to start by admiring this golden, mirror-like color. The nose is concentrated on flowers (ranunculus) and yellow fruit, with an ingenious scent of sourdough bread - a perfectly natural cocktail. The bubbles are ultra-fine and the foam is silky smooth. On the palate, superb harmony and different levels of texture, fresh, crisp and finely sanded. A great cuvée with an endless, mouth-watering finish.
