You have to start by admiring this golden, mirror-like color. The nose is concentrated on flowers (ranunculus) and yellow fruit, with an ingenious scent of sourdough bread - a perfectly natural cocktail. The bubbles are ultra-fine and the foam is silky smooth. On the palate, superb harmony and different levels of texture, fresh, crisp and finely sanded. A great cuvée with an endless, mouth-watering finish.

Franck Pascal
Jean Pascal, the grandfather, was one of the founders and presidents of the Baslieux-sous-Châtillon wine cooperative in the Marne Valley. His son began working as a grower-producer in 1986. Since 1994, the 7-hectare estate—divided into 44 biodynamically farmed plots across five villages—has been run by Franck and Isabelle Pascal. Meunier is the predominant grape variety here. All the wines express a true personality and the most natural character possible—a quality to which the winemaking couple is deeply committed.
