Barely measured out, this blanc de noirs is made with equal parts pinot noir and meunier. It is particularly fruity, with a basket of white fruits (apple, pear) and yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, apricot). Toasty, salty notes add complexity. On the palate, the wine is mellow, superbly aromatic and possesses a kind of structure that carries it broadly. The finish is tasty, with dry, mineral fruit. Top.
