This 100% Chardonnay has a complex, racy bouquet, combining grapefruit albedo, lime, lemon balm, tonka bean and milky notes that evolve into yellow peach. The palate is taut, a touch austere, but there's a hint of tension and pebbly notes of superb elegance and precision. A beautiful cuvée in a spirit of purity.
