Produced mainly from the fine 2004 harvest, this parcel-based, barrel-aged cuvée has a structure that is beginning to melt on the palate. This is a wine designed for long cellaring. Aromas of undergrowth and fresh mushrooms accompany a chalky, thirst-quenching texture. A gastronomic champagne that will go well with filet of beef en croûte and forest garnish.
