Perfectly cut blond (and creamy) oak is still integrating on the nose, like a perfume with woody notes. Crisp bubbles crackle on the really salty palate, softly salivating with crystalline yellow fruits and a lick on the finish like the crusted salt rim around a martini glass. An elegant undeclared vintage 2009 vinified 100% in oak. A sophisticated apertif, and also serve with a sea based course.
