Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Paul and Adrien Fallet are independent winegrowers located in the west of the Vallée de la Marne. Working 18 hectares of vineyards in a reasonable manner with cover crops, they harvest and vinify their own grapes, some partially vinified in oak, before commercialisation.
