Although the base vintage is 2013, this wine has benefited from a significant addition of solera, initiated in 1972, which certainly contributes to the slight evolution perceptible on the first nose with the honeyed richness of acacia flowers, pastry notes of vanilla cream cake and the freshness of yellow peach pulp. Between sweetness and energy, the palate doesn't hesitate, combining the two in a body barely underlined by pretty little bubbles. The acidic framework leads to a pleasant, salivating finish, delicately chalky with hints of nuts.

Located in Épernay, on the famous Avenue de Champagne, Maison Esterlin is a well-established wine cooperative whose adventure began in 1947 when three winegrowers decided to join forces. Today, it boasts 200 members and 116 ha of vineyards. The company has three pressing sites as well as a vinification and storage facility (over 3 million bottles) in Mancy. For several years now, the cooperative has been committed to a responsible and environmental approach.
