The pale gold color with platinum highlights reveals a rather ripe nose with pastry aromas of hazelnut cookie, pistachio macaroon and dried apricot. Blond tobacco, dried pineapple and gunflint enrich the aromatic palette. The palate is very fresh and taut, with an acidic structure balanced by the dosage and creamy yet dynamic bubbles. The wine retains its energy, but not yet its patina. The finish is salivating, with hints of bitters, white fruit and yellow citrus.
