This cuvée develops great finesse and minerality, with aromas of juicy fruit (apple, pear, white peach), brioche, pastry and citron. The palate is unctuous, evoking the same slightly weathered aromas, combined with fresh hazelnuts and lemony notes. It's taut, without excess, and punctuated by pleasant textures. A lovely bottle to drink or wait for. Snacking on scallops with lemon caviar butter would be a good match.
