A very biscuity, gingerbread nose, with notes of dried fruit and mushroom, honey and hazelnut. The Christmas market is just around the corner! There's a hint of oxidation and a hint of pastry. The palate is round and tasty, but not lacking in freshness. The finish is slightly chewy, reminiscent of wood tannins. Appetizing, the finish is as aromatic as it is pleasant

The Éric Taillet estate is proud of its terroir, with cuvées essentially made from Pinot Meunier grapes. With less than 6 ha, the 5th generation, Dylan and Léna Taillet, offer several cuvées, all with a strong identity and highly recommended. 20% of production is corked and stapled. For several years now, the fine work carried out here has been confirmed in clean, pure wines, both highly expressive and elegant, which are divided into four "Collections".
