A very fresh nose of peony, lilac, blood orange, dried lavender and wild strawberry. These primary aromas then give way to tanned leather and Timut pepper. On the palate, you don't immediately go for a rosé: round and savory, its amplitude is appreciated. The bubbles are creamy. The finish is juicy, with red fruits, cherries and strawberries exploding on the palate. Finely zesty, this champagne is the ideal companion for a Pavlova.

The Éric Taillet estate is proud of its terroir, with cuvées essentially made from Pinot Meunier grapes. With less than 6 ha, the 5th generation, Dylan and Léna Taillet, offer several cuvées, all with a strong identity and highly recommended. 20% of production is corked and stapled. For several years now, the fine work carried out here has been confirmed in clean, pure wines, both highly expressive and elegant, which are divided into four "Collections".
