Produced from the 2018 harvest, this rosé, although bled, has a fairly light, slightly tiled color. The nose develops notes of crushed red fruits, wild strawberries and a slightly spicy, woody touch. The half-bodied palate offers a lardy edge that seems particularly suited to fine Asian cuisine.
