This pure Chardonnay has a complex, buttery nose, with notes of candied and roasted fruit, citrus, orange and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the exotic side of Chardonnay comes to the fore, with white pineapple in particular. The final freshness of this non-dosed champagne is a delight to drink. Open on its own or with a choice fish such as St. Pierre.

Emmanuel Brochet

The very likeable Emmanuel Brochet set up in 1997, cultivating a unique cru of some 2.5 ha of vines located west of the Montagne de Reims (pinot meunier, chardonnay, pinot noir), in premier cru. The terroir here features clay-loam soils that give the wines fullness and minerality, but above all a specific mouthfeel. The estate separates the different parts of the slope for greater precision. Volumes are small, but quality is absolutely remarkable.
