Made from old vines dating back to 1962, this Champagne offers hints of bakery and a full basket of white fruits, making it complex from the outset. Round, suave and vibrant on the palate, with a long, almost smoky, powdery chalky finish. We dream of a nice baked sea bass to accompany it.
