Produced from a parcel-by-parcel selection of Pinot Noir vines planted in 1971 on the Ecueil terroir, this cuvée is made from grapes harvested at over-ripeness and aged for 7 months in barrel. The creamy mousse gives way to a dark yellow color, with fine bubbles, a fresh undergrowth nose and a dense, chalky mouthfeel. The precise dosage ensures a pure, intense finish. This champagne, chiselled for the table, is the perfect accompaniment to poultry supremes with porcini cream.

Located on the prestigious Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, the domain owns 9 hectares of vines located mainly in the village of Écueil. For more than 80 years, the women of the family have run the estate, and since 1997 Elodie has been implementing traditional viticulture methods (horse plowing, vinification in barrels and casks). A guest apartment that can accommodate 7 people is available to rent for exploring the region.
