20% barrel-aged reserve wines are added to the 2011 and 2012 harvests that make up the blend for this single-varietal cuvée. The fine bubbles give way to a fine, delicate nose of lemon and combava. The smooth palate reveals a touch of salt and iodine. This powerful champagne, whose dosage is overshadowed by its terroir, is a perfect match for sushi.
