The bubbles are elegant and abundant in the glass; the colour is pale yellow. This cuvée reveals a powerful nose with aromas of gingerbread. On the palate, it is elegant and vinous, with a pleasant retro olfaction. This wine would match well with snacked scallops with lentils and diced bacon.

Planted in an idyllic setting on the southern hillsides a few kilometers from Epernay, domain Jamart is located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois. This family house was created by Albert Mootz, the great-grandfather of the current owners, who was a cellar worker at Moët and Chandon in 1898, and later wine merchant. Maxime Oudart became director in 2009.
