Adorned with a lovely lemony hue and golden highlights, this cuvée reveals a nose of bakery and pastry, as well as yellow fruit and creamy minerals. The bubbles are persistent, with a light mousse. The palate is supple and fresh, with hints of lemon, white and yellow fruits (pear, apricot, mango), and dried fruit extracts (dried ground orange peel). The texture is balanced.
