With its fine, crystalline bubbles and fresh mousse, this cuvée has a golden yellow color. The nose is rich with bakery and pastry aromas (white bread, baguette, brioche, tart), as well as concentrated yellow fruit. The palate is equally marked by silky yellow fruits, thick citrus fruits (oranges and lemons) and sweet juices. The finish is lively, evoking finely ground minerals.

Planted in an idyllic setting on the southern hillsides a few kilometers from Epernay, domain Jamart is located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois. This family house was created by Albert Mootz, the great-grandfather of the current owners, who was a cellar worker at Moët and Chandon in 1898, and later wine merchant. Maxime Oudart became director in 2009.
