A discreet, fruity, spicy nose for this blanc de noirs, half pinot noir and half meunier. The mousse and bubbles are fine and zesty. On the palate, ripe black berry flavors dominate. Supple, the wine even displays a few exotic notes. The finish is long and well-balanced, fresh and fragrant. From aperitif to table.

Planted in an idyllic setting on the southern hillsides a few kilometers from Epernay, domain Jamart is located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois. This family house was created by Albert Mootz, the great-grandfather of the current owners, who was a cellar worker at Moët and Chandon in 1898, and later wine merchant. Maxime Oudart became director in 2009.
