This vintage, for both Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, is full of surprises. The nose evokes the greediness of butter combined with tangerine zest, fresh pears and an ounce of toast. The freshness continues on the palate, with a delightfully salty finish. Ideal with veal filet mignon with morel mushrooms.

Durdon-Bouval
This family-run vineyard, certified organic since 2013 and Demeter-certified since 2023, cultivates nearly 8 hectares of vineyards between Verneuil, Vincelles, Passy-sur-Marne, and Barzy-sur-Marne. Each generation—now the fourth and fifth—brings its own perspective and sensibility, all with the same goal: to reveal the personality of their terroirs. The wines are aged partly in barrels and partly in tanks, then cellared for many years. Led by Ludovic and Sandie Durdon, along with their children Antoine and Sipriane, the estate offers excellent quality across its entire range.
