This non-dosed pur meunier reveals a lovely, full-bodied bouquet of white fruit (Williams pear, peach), citrus (lime, grapefruit) and aromatic herbs (chervil, wild thyme). A bouquet of freshness and complexity that is very pleasing on the palate. There's no heaviness here, just an intense mineral and acidic structure with hints of lemon, an almost saline, almost iodized chalkiness. A great pleasure.

Durdon-Bouval

The family estate has just welcomed its fifth generation of winemakers in the presence of Antoine, the owners' son. With vineyards located in Vincelles and Barzy, in the heart of the Marne valley, the estate owns 7.5 ha. Organic farming has been practiced since 2013. The wines are aged partly in barrel and partly in vat, and then waited for in the cellar for many years. This estate offers excellent quality across its entire range, and welcomes you to its gîte to discover its wines and vineyards.
